7-day Elemental Purification Practice 

This practice is the first stage to awakening the purification process within. Please practice this meditation for seven days before continuing with Stage 2 practice. This a 15 minute meditation practice best practiced in the morning, so its sets the tone for the day but it is also a great practice for just prior to bedtime.  Commit to this daily practice and begin to build your power of discipline. Once you memorize the practice you can practice it on your own anytime without the recording.  You can stop the practice after 7 days. 

21-day Tattwa Shuddi

21-day Tattwa Shuddi ( elemental purification) or Papa Purusha (rascal spirit) is the ultimate Subtle body purification practice. It is a practice where we eradicate a limiting part of our personality. The practice is said to create a purified and illumined mind ; one that is full of knowledge and detachment and free from all of the limitations of personality. Approaching your limitations from an elevated level of awareness will make it easier to harmonize the forces within you and develop a strong disciplined and powerful mind.

This practice should be practiced daily from Dec 8 until Jan 1st.

The practice is much more powerful if practiced everyday because it becomes cumulative and will set the stage for your growth in the months to come. This is a very powerful Tantric practice, so please stay in touch via the group chat on your experiences or questions you may have. You will notice resistance arising around doing this practice. It's okay be aware of it and practice it anyway! Keep a journal and make notes on anything that you might like to discuss during our private session.

Be gentle with yourself. If you can not get to the practice everyday take a moment to remember what you are trying to free yourself of and notice how it is showing up in your life on a daily basis.

Meditation to Dissolve Fear, Doubt and Procrastination

I originally designed this practice as a 40 day practice (you are welcome to include it in your sadhana if you have time) but I am including it here as a bonus practice to add to your practice on the days where you feel that you need to double down on practice. Let's say you are feeling a tremendous amount of resistance and are feeling stuck - Lie down and do this practice and then journal.

Eternal Witness Kriya

During the week of December 21st - December 31st, please begin to add this deep relaxation to your practice 2 -3 times per week. You will continue to do the Tattwa Shuddi everyday and add this practice as often as you can. It can be done right before bed. Don't push yourself, increase your capacity slowly - you can always change the breath to 3 on the inhale and 6 on the exhale if feels too long at first. It might be a good idea to listen to this meditation once before practicing it so you know what to expect.
