Dear Ones,

I am so excited to have you in the Empowered Life Circle. As we get closer I have been considering ways to support you in preparation for the start of the course on December 1st.

I know that many of you already have a meditation practice, but there are some of you who do not have a home practice right now or are unsure of which meditations to do.

I am sending you this free gift of a Sun Moon breath practice so that you can begin to incorporate a bit more meditation and contemplation into your life in the weeks to come.

This meditation is very balancing and invites you to free write for 5-10 minutes afterwards. It is a great way to bring refined awareness into your daily life and I have given you a list of tools that might be helpful depending on how you feel after the meditation is over.

Feel free to use this meditation as often as you like prior to us starting. It will help you to get into the flow as we move towards December.

I can not wait to gather with you in sacred space on Dec 1st.

Until then ,

Hare Om Tat Sat,
