This is where you will find all of the resources to support and nuture your training, mentorship and certification journey. As we prepare for our first in-person meeting on January 18th we have provided you with some support materials to help deepen your experience and understanding of Yoga Nidra as a state of consciousness and not just a technique.
The first is the Pranic Alignment Meditation. This meditation can be practiced daily and will help you to become more sensitive to energy and deepen your Yoga Nidra experiences over time.
The second is an article on the history of Yoga Nidra. Please read it and jot down any questions that you may have for discussion during our first session.

Yoga Nidra Month One OMwork
Month 1- Strengthen Your Home Practice
The Pranic Alignment Practice ( found above) will help you to deepen your experience of Yoga Nidra. Practice it as consistently as you can.
2. Yoga Nidra- Please practice at least one of the two Yoga Nidra practices 2- 3 times per week. We have included Healing Soma Yoga Nidra and Sankalpa Yoga Nidra. see below:

Please Read “History of Yoga Nidra” Article ( found above) if you did not read it prior to the training,
WEEK 2/3 - Create Healing Altar - what does intuition tell you about how to create an personal altar in your home. Use the collage you made in class to create the center of your altar.
Week 3/4: Chant & Learn Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra
Likita Japa practice for Sankalpa refinement
Connect with Sankalpa daily: Wake up, going to bed, at the healing altar, during your personal practice.
Read “History of yoga nidra practice” Article
On Going: Yoga Nidra (2-3x’s week) + Pranic Alignment( see prep practices above) + Connect with Sankalpa

Please practice the Sankalpa 61 Points practice for the next 30 days. As much as you can, if not everyday at least 3 times per week.
Memorize the 61 points. Use the diagram in your manual to learn them as well as the practice of the Sankalpa 61 point practice below to really embody them.
We will have open office hours again on March 25 at 10am PST where you can ask any questions and just check in as a community prior to the next training session. You will find the link in the forum so please sign in to the forum if you haven’t already.
